Mindspring Music welcomes Wolfen Technologies to the label, with a fresh EP that takes us on an eclectic emotional journey through several different styles of electronica. Ranging from ethereal, contemplative, airy ambient to uplifting midtempo, along with a surprise excursion into a darker, more psychedelic realm for one of the tracks than the uplifting nature of the rest of the EP.

Hailing from the UK, Tom Chant brings us his signature pristine production style and attention to detail into this diverse, expressive EP. Take a journey with us through "Fleeting Moments" as we see what Wolf Tech has in store for us now.

In appreciation of the smallest detail. 
With this album, Badub brings the honey into your ear. Bees have collected different kinds of nectar from various places back from your childhood. They don’t care what flavor it is - all goes into one big blob, which goes into the melting pot. As a result, the music can taste like any direction. It’s a nice place, where everything flows into everything else – just like honey does – even the song structure. It’s just a beautiful mess. Hopefully this ends peacefully.

-- About Badub --

The multi-musician that seems to have appeared from a distant fantasy world rather than from northern Germany, will always look for a way to release your inner child. Among his listeners, Badub is known for a diverse mix of genres. As he says, the boundaries of genres could be inflicted with his creativity. And so he abandoned the idea of any rules that might be given to music. With his brave curiosity, Badub will aspire towards new horizons in the name of harmony. This music is not short of musicality though. Badub's Fantasy Jazz seems to organically float into one's ears, touching spots you might have long forgotten about. Cheerful, with a spark of amazedness are we listening to the kind-hearted melodies. Recording Guitar, Bass and Keys, using samples and synths, the sound magician from Hamburg (we will believe he is, for now) creates songs which provoke phantastic memories, forgotten adventures and driving curiosity within us. 

Recognized as a milestone in music history, Badub was present at the burning mountain festival (Switzerland), about 8 years ago, where he had the sudden opportunity to perform live. "I've played songs from my phone onto the function 1, and everybody thought i'm a real DJ." is what he says when he speaks out about the glorious first days of his vivid live career.

Tribal Bass is an umbrella term for all music with a downtempo feel and a breaking groove, that combines progressive sound design with organic elements and deep sub-bass. PsyDub, GlitchHop, post dubstep, deep-step, global beats, ethnic trap, world bass, neuro-funk, raga-bass, hard-wave, farmer-trap, ... you name it, if it slaps and it represents the globalized music community it can be part of our co-creation.

For Mabon (the "end of summer" celebration) we'd like to surrender to the water and the West, the cooling down and finding direction, the becoming soft and starting a journey within again, reaching for the stillness and cool down of winter times. "Into The Flow" is a representation of accepting the cycles and flow of life, and understanding the flow of sound, our bodies and nature.
