Hailing from Melbourne, Australia The Moment Killer are a three-piece original guitar band that loosely speaking play, shoegaze, dreampop, folk, slacker, indie-ish stuff. The single "Anxiety" was released in mid 2017 and the album "Solid Citizens from the Bourgeois State" followed in early 2018. The CD can be purchased via Bandcamp and you can stream it via Spotify, You Tube, Itunes etc. An as yet untitled album will follow in the second half of 2019.

I started off as a lead singer in my late teens (and after realising my many limitations) I started playing Bass and my love for the instrument grew. After mucking around in various bands, I joined The Wick Effect in around 1988. The "Wickers" (or Weak Effort as we called ourselves!) was by far the most successful and enjoyable band I have ever been involved with. The Wickers released a single and accompanying video and had recorded an EP for Phantom Records, which never saw the light of day (although it might soon!). For various reasons the band split and two of the members formed Rail, who went on to high rotation on commercial radio with its single immune deficiency and the accompanying album, "Bad Hair Life." 

I sold my beloved Rickenbacker Bass & rig and used the money for a house deposit and eventually got married and had a set of delightful twin boys. From the end of The Wick Effect in 1992 until my marriage ground to a halt in 2011 I had suppressed all things musical and gave away playing entirely. I had lost my way as a person and one of the things that defined me was music. I took residence in a seedy one bedroom flat in 2011 and picked up a Bass guitar and looked for a group to join. Not many opportunities presented themselves for a middle aged bassist,  
Not willing to admit defeat, I figured that the only avenue open to me was to go it alone. In mid 2012 I purchased a 12 string acoustic guitar and a six string soon after. I had never really played much else other than the Bass and I set about teaching myself more than the three chords I already knew (I know four now!)
Eventually I got confident enough to post my first demo on Soundcloud late 2012.

So I'm still learning my chops and loving every moment of this wonderful learning process. I guess you can teach old dogs new tricks! So life is pretty damn good right now and it hasn't been lost on me at all that I have been the most happiest throughout my life when playing/creating music. My 50th birthday coincided with a bucket list moment - the release of my very first album "Solid Citizens from the Bourgeois State." The album was recorded with my band The Moment Killer which also features my son Dan on bass guitar. I appreciate you reading my epically long-winded profile and hope you like my stuff!

As an attempt to transition from the theatre stage to the music stage/scene, Nadine Tremblay created her alter ego ‘Sexton Blake’ for the launch of her career as a songstress and DJ. Miss Blake has stage fright so playing a character is necessary and as for the origin of the name, ask your Cockney friends about what it means or check out the history behind “The poor man’s Sherlock Holmes.” Sexton explains “I’m still finding my voice but I am classically trained and have always sung in harmony and can’t help integrating vocal samples and harmonies into my song writing.” Sexton’s music is innovative and energetic with hip hop, indie, synth-pop and electro influences, from the garage to the studio to you. This first album GRANTED is her debut album released in June 2016

Fast paced, groove based and ready to rock your world, Werewolves at Hour 30 is an original rock band based out of Chicago IL.  These Chicago natives blend together a menagerie of musical flavors into a tight groove rock package.  WAH30′s influences reach wildly across the musical spectrum.  They span anywhere from Foo Fighters to Fu Manchu, from Kings of Leon to Queens of the Stone Age and so on.  Werewolves at Hour 30 are carving a path through the thick Chicago night with a dull knife, a hip flask and dark sunglasses.
