A lifetime as a journeyman bass player - whose highlights included stints with Freddie & the Dreamers, Willie Dixon’s cousin Blind Mississippi Maurice Cummings, Jerry Lee’s sister Linda Gail Lewis, and the 22-20s Martin Trimble - twisted my eccentric styles and distorted my narrative perspectives into the shapes revealed in these odd demos.

Fire Doves are a dynamic duo. Sebastiana Black on vocals and accordion; Birgitta Campbell on fiddle. Together they weave a blend of Sebastiana's lyrical. thought provoking compositions with fiery traditional songs from southern and eastern Europe. Sebastiana's soaring vocals and accomplished accordion playing are complimented by Birgitta's sensitive and cascading fiddle accompaniment.
