This song was written in 1937 by Stéphane Grappelli (in pic at right) and Django Reinhardt (in pic at left) and was first recorded and released by Quintette of The Hot Club of France in 1938.
In my latin groove version I play the guitars.
I produced this at my home with Band in a Box and Reaper.

It is midnight and you are laying in you lounge chair gazing at the stars. Some twinkle and sometimes more  than one twinkles at the same time. Then all of a sudden a meteor storm. You get very excited, but it passes very quickly and it is back to the boring night sky.

I am playing the guitar and via my keyboard controller the string sections.
Band-in-a-Box is playing the pad and electric piano using my sound sources.

Yesterday my arthritic fretting hand felt really good so I sat down and jammed to this Band-in-a-Box style. I am playing my Xaviere 335 HB.  The drum track is audio from said style.  The other tracks are the style's MIDI using my sound sources.  Let me know what you think of this 4 hour quick and dirty little jam.

Just another nobody who's not here to be somebody.  I write songs because I can't help it, and it helps me.  If I add them here, I'm less likely to keep mixing them.  Creativity is a stream with many tributaries, and sometimes one runs through us.  The stream is more creative when tributaries meet, and I'm grateful for the collaborative efforts of others.
