Diopter, the musical project of Charleston-based artist Mike Morabito, delivers a dynamic fusion of alternative rock with atmospheric textures and introspective storytelling. As a multi-instrumentalist and producer, he crafts layered compositions featuring high-gain guitars, immersive soundscapes, and compelling vocals exploring personal evolution and human connection themes. His distinctive approach to songwriting combines raw emotional energy with meticulously engineered production, creating a powerful and intricate sound. Currently focusing on his musical journey after a successful career in optometry, Diopter performs all instruments except drums, bringing a perfectionist's attention to detail to every aspect of his creative process. His debut album "Dream State" established his signature blend of dreamy atmospheres and driving rock. At the same time, his latest release "Undeniable Truth" pushes boundaries with harder-hitting arrangements and deeper lyrical themes.

The Double Morphis, a music creator who, as a child, didn't fancy traditional piano lessons, preferring to make up his tunes. He later fell in love with crafting music on the computer, steering clear of playing instruments.
 His music combines big beat, experimental, and elements of 90's techno, acid, breakbeat, and the occasional rap fusion. He is struggling with feeling and daemons in his head and the tracks are result of the war or a way to run from life and the feelings.
With a commitment to anonymity, The Double Morphis keeps their full details hidden, letting the beats take the spotlight.

My debut album Strange Part of the Country earned ★★★★ from Q Magazine, a Blues Matters cover feature, and reached #3 on the U.S. Alternative Radio Chart, with airplay on BBC Radio 2, WWOZ New Orleans, and KROQ Los Angeles. Peter Green (Fleetwood Mac), Marc Ribot, and Danny Thompson have all been part of the journey.
