In this world, some things are simply meant to be. One such thing is the wonderful symbiosis that is ACID FLORA and music. Born to a dutch club owner and music aficionado, ACID FLORA‘s artistic journey has been charted at birth. From a simple 90’s tape deck all the way through to today’s vast and enchanting acoustic landscape, the young Swiss talent has devoted herself to finding and sculpting a signature sound that speaks to hearts and hips alike. With a raunchy touch of nonchalance she weaves heartfelt emotions with unapologetic ecstasy, oscillating between self-awareness and daring provocation. Driven by honesty and expression through music, ACID FLORA creates miraculous spaces in which the exploration of the self is not only allowed, but encouraged. With implicit authenticity, she invites people to let go of all conventions and immerse themselves in music. She does this by opening up herself to the people in the crowd and connecting with them in an intimate dialogue that inspires and fuels her musical selection. 

Following her first booking back in 2015, ACID FLORA has been a staple at Berlin’s magnificent Kater Blau with appearances at prestigious events like the Bar 25 weekender and Kater-resident Mira’s Birthday. On top she’s played two shows in Brazil during the famous carnival and shortly after secured her debut in New York with ZERO followed by her debut in Lisbon at Maga’s event series ,,Stories’’. ACID FLORA’s residency at Zürich’s world-renowned Hive Club has made her delivering distinctive vibes to some of the most distinguished dancefloors in Europe.

Her very first release came out on Oliver Koletzki’s ,,A Tribe Called Kotori’’ in september 2023 followed by her Zun EP on the french label Around Midnight including a remix from Mira & Chris Schwarzwalder and Theus Mago.

Clearly, this woman is on a ride that is bound to get a whole lot wilder in the not so distant future.

Rising up out of Brazil’s hotbed of formidable talent, Mochakk (AKA Pedro Maia) embodies a level of passion and drive that has placed him in a league of his own. His insatiable hunger for knowledge means he has a broad palette to draw from, channelling his deep well of influences into his vibrant creative output. As anyone who has witnessed him in action will attest, Pedro wears his heart on his sleeve, often expressing his honest love for music in an endearingly physical manner. His skills as a selector have led to bookings at globally renowned clubs, including a residency at the iconic DC-10, while his productions encapsulate his diverse sonic identity. A natural born entertainer, who regularly devours music, history and cultural information by the truckload, Mochakk is a unique artist whose energy and enthusiasm are contagious.

Mochakk’s achievements in 2023 alone demonstrate how influential and respected he has become, with his online fanbase growing to over 3.5 million followers across his socials. He sold out a 5,000-capacity show for leading broadcaster Cercle at the Plaza de España in Seville (the set has almost 4 million views), played over 160 shows in 29 countries, and joined the family at DC-10 as a resident. On that note, Mochakk also released the huge single ‘Jealous’ with Circoloco Records, alongside his killer remixes of Groove Armada’s ‘Superstylin’’ and Diplo’s ‘Express Yourself’. 2023 also saw the launch of his Tricks And Tracks event series, merging his love of skateboarding with electronic music for a unique party. Elsewhere, his Mochakk Calling events have sold out at every worldwide location so far. At the end of 2023 he was named by both Amazon Music and Spotify Mint as Artist to Watch in 2024, wrapping up a hugely successful 2023 with the promise of an even bigger year ahead...
