Short time no sunglasses, listeners. It's me, listeners; it's Drop0ff. I have yet another exciting upload for you today to bridge the wait until the next request. A tasteful update and remastering of a fan favorite Drop0ff classic, "Sound of Silence" from the Tales of the CLOUD official soundtrack, is at hand.

Tales of the CLOUD is an AU (alternate universe) of UNDERTALE where my musical associates and I take the places of beloved UNDERTALE characters in their world. UNDERTALE is an indie game that is similar to Friday Night Funkin' (FNF), where many artists such as Saster, the great purple demon, create FNF Custom Mods with unique tracks. In Tales of the CLOUD, I take the role of Sans the skeleton; this is my unique boss fight theme. It is similar to MEGALOVANIA in many ways, given my placement in the AU, but I have aspired to add my own personal touch as well. So as far as I know, the CORE in Storyshift is the same as the one in Undertale, since the Gaster role doesn't change(?) Hence why the name of this song is the same as the Undertale one.
Also I couldn't come up with any ideas that I liked for a name, so I just decided to stick with what felt best.
This has been mistaken as a megalo, so I want to confirm that it is a CORE replacement, not a megalo replacement.
Anyway, I've been really out of it for the past months. Most songs have ended up unfinished or shitposts, so I haven't been able to get much decent progress done.
I started this song a week ago and worked on it progressively every day, and I finished it before I could realize it. I'm pretty proud with how it turned out, and I'm going to make sure to not pressure or stress myself with music, and make sure it remains a fun activity rather than a tiresome dedication. Hopefully this will result in better quality of my tracks, and happier moods in my life.
Thumbnail is sorta bland cause I had nothing to work with, but I guess that's okay. I also recently hit 900 followers, but I plan on doing a special for 1000 followers. Either way, thank you so much for yet another milestone, guys. I'm so grateful to have fans and friends like you all.
