An Alternative Disco: Mascott Guest Mix

This week's special guests are Mascott, a production tag team from Manchester who were formed in 2020, and made up of good friends DJ Keegan and Matt Novis.

Their style covers a broad spectrum of disco and house music, often blending between old and new era’s. The boys are no strangers to the club scene having played at venues across both the UK and Australia.
Not being afraid to switch up their sets gives the duo a unique ability to add energy to any dance floor. 

With their own disco house night, ‘Good Custard’ in Manchester and debut releases on the way, they are very much looking forward to what the future holds!

Mas Que Nada on Select Radio: Mascott Guest Mix

Black Light Disco swished back on to the myhouseradio.fm airwaves on Monday 2nd August 2021 with another showcase of the hottest disco, funk and house available to human kind.  

This week we had the incomparable Pookie Knights hosting the show live from the rooftop atrium at BLD Towers. It’ was another spectacular spectacle from the two Welsh Wizards from Wrexham, featuring tracks from Risk Assessment, Tech Support, Disco Feelings, Clavette & Boogietraxx, Adam Nova and Dr Packer - and a whole lot more! 

For the second hour, we have a very special BLD maiden voyage from one of the big hitters on the Manchester(and North West of England) disco scene - Good Custard! Good Custard are a Manchester based collective who are building a solid reputation for their disco day parties and events.
