All the Prophets came with the religion of al-Islaam and is the only religion accepted with Allaah - to single out Allaah with all of our actions

Accepting Islam/Tawheed wipes out previous sins and washes them away. Repentance also wipes away sins

From Abū Dharr Jundub bin Junādah and Abī ʿAbd al-Rahmān Muʿādh bin Jabal (radiyallāhu ʿanhumā), from the Messenger of Allāh (sallallāhu ʿalayhi wasallam) that he said, "Have taqwā of Allāh wherever you may be, and follow up an evil deed with a good deed and it will wipe it out, and behave towards the people with good manners."
