We fell in love with this string-led and super smooth song from 1st listen at the Noir Music offices. Deephouse like it sounded “back in the day” and in general just a timeless effort by the Cambridge based guys.

Deetron, Deux Tigres and City Soul Project deliver the remixes and all of them are spot on quality with a more clubby edge. So instead of keep hyping this brilliant release. Let the music do the talking. Out soon.

House music as a culture has always been fantastic at tipping its hat to the originators and first
pioneering architects of the scene but what is also great in equal measures is the constant
recognition of a stream of new talent, both DJs and producers, keeping underground House Music
fresh and solid as a genre. Fletch is undoubtedly one of these new breeds of house producers / DJs
garnering support from the likes of The Martinez Brothers, Loco Dice, Jaden, Luciano and Ricardo
Villalobos. His upcoming EP on MFF features 3 sublime House tracks that sum up MFF perfectly:
"Flexin" is a pure-driven Chicago future classic with bags of true swing that leaves you wanting a
second ride.
"Half-Life "is a much more minimal groove which perfectly captures the whole MFF sound.. think
Chris Carrier & Dan Ghenacia having a love child with Iz & Diz and you’re in the sonic ballpark!
"Voices" veers into a more 90s sound which everyone is nailing at the moment - the drums are
completely infectious ….
but be warned.. this is much better than the 90s!
"Going back to my underground roots for this EP, inspired by the early Music For Freaks Catalogue, I
had a lot of fun exploring a different side to my production making these tracks. Music For Freaks
has been a hugely influential label for me growing up and learning to make music, I’m honoured to
be part of the family"
