Dark Trilogy (preview)

A popular Czech band invited the public to create remixes of their classic 90s song. Although my application didn't make it to the initial selection, it never faded into obscurity.

Lucie - Šrouby (Mašout Mix)

Featured as the theme song for the documentary "Zabíjení draka" by Václav Müller, the film depicts the response of a small Prague theatre to the orc invasion of Ukraine. Even back then, the predictions for the future were pessimistic. Just as the subtitle song.

Numb Future

The vocal track from Barbara Herz's electrifying performance, Tanec dervišů, is brought to life by voice of incredibly talented actress Veronika Lazorčáková. She skillfully narrates and sings, vividly illustrating the hard, yet happy ending life story of one of the characters. In the archives, there's an extended instrumental version that subtly weaves in references to the character's encounter with Catholic hypocrisy, although it ultimately remained unused.

The concluding track from Barbara Herz's performance, Tanec dervišů, portrays the anxiety of a recluse - a woman who, by choice, erected walls to isolate herself from the outside world.
