ASMR Binaural Brushing  1 - Massage your Brain - Talking & Not Talking Version click 22:54 to jump to no talking I recorded a no talking and a talking version, the no talking version i didnt think was good enough for a standalone video and i put it on the end of the no talking version.  The talking version almost gave me ASMR and knocked me right out, i had to struggle to review the audio to remove unwanted sounds.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.  
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find your trigger, common triggers:

To Create this lighting effect, i use a CN-160 - http://amzn.to/UwW22X sitting on my camera facing down to light a short area in front of the camera.  If i faced the light towards my it would light the back ground that i do not want.  I just want a small area in front of the camera visible
