Self-Acceptance, Day 6: "Refresh Your Meditation Ritual"

Es wird still in uns, ohne dass wir etwas dazu tun müssten. Was draußen war, verliert an Bedeutung. Die Stimmen, die Bilder, der Lärm der Welt treten in den Hintergrund. Wir müssen nichts festhalten, nichts erklären, nichts verändern. Etwas Echtes taucht in uns auf, ruhig, klar und vertraut. Es fühlt sich nicht neu an, sondern wie etwas, das schon immer da war. Und während wir es spüren, erkennen wir: Das sind wir, es war nie wirklich weg, nur überdeckt von dem, was wir nicht sind.

Jetzt dürfen wir es einfach wieder wahrnehmen.
