We are very excited to present the 64th episode featuring a special extended club recording from Terminus, recorded at MUUD movement’s 'The End' at And Club, providing you with a journey into the realm of deep and groovy percussive mayhem! 

TERMINUS is a South African, Johannesburg based DJ/Producer focused on bringing a relentless and highly textured sound, filled with minimal groove focused cuts, harder groove or deep and driving pieces to bring the crowd on an authentic dance floor exploration. Anthony has been a forward thinker in the localised dance music space in South Africa , also co-hosting a collective/event with @claudeaspelling known as MUUD. He’s also had releases this year on CITYBOWLWAXNETWORK as well as INFLUENCED and plans on releasing much more.

You could say Fabio is the “Godfather” of ToyToy - a culture and brand that has grown and developed over the years into a large contributor and piece of history in the underground music scene here in South Africa. We’ll leave all other mysticism to a conversation you have to have with him when bumping into him at And . 



We decided to put this one up as Fabio holds absolute professionalism whenever he plays for us - holding any slot, regardless of the time . His mature pallet for sound seeps through in his sets and he always adds a different “spice” when he plays for us at MUUD . The energy is progressed , timbres shift , rhythms breath and essentially , a story is told. You can hear the years of experience in his mixing , track selection and transitions - a sonic treat awaits .

FABIO(TOYTOY) - MUUD PODCAST #003

Aeska or better known as Aleksandra Antonijevic, is a DJ and an aspiring producer based in JHB, South Africa. 

Her sound is mainly centered on a foundation of groovy and boisterous rhythms with fast frequencies and unique sonic oscillations as well as gritty deep and driving tunnels channeled straight from her Eastern European roots. Her love story with techno started about 5 years ago and it has drastically transformed to become the relentless, uncompromising essence that it is today. Her sound is influenced by a few well known DJ’s and producers such as no.name, Chlär, D.Dan, Stef Mendesidis, Alarico and many others. She maintains her goal to work hard and persistently contribute her authenticity to the techno scene in order to establish herself as a well-known artist. She believes that music should be a fulfilling journey, uniting the dance floor in intangible and unimaginable ways. The connection made between the dancer and the artist is something that cannot be put into words and it is this connection, among other variables, that inspires her to push boundaries and surpass limits.

Step into the dynamic universe of techno and music, where my journey is an unfolding melody in the grand symphony. Not too far back, my father's gift of a Pioneer controller set the stage for an unexpected adventure. As I wove my first tracks together, an exhilarating sense of connection coursed through me, signaling the birth of something truly remarkable.

With music now at the forefront of my life, I dove headfirst into the sonic sea. Days turned into nights as I meticulously explored a multitude of tracks, meticulously arranging harmonies and constructing playlists tailored for my mixes. My exploration spanned diverse genres—from the pulsating cadence of house rhythms, the infectious allure of afro house melodies, and the introspective narratives of melodic techno, to the deep and contemplative landscapes of house music. Yet, it was the techno genre that struck the deepest chord within me, its high-octane beats and enigmatic tones resonating in a way that words could hardly capture.

Embracing the path fate had laid before me, I inaugurated "analogundergrnd," a haven of artistic expression. Within its embrace, authenticity takes center stage, and DJs are free to unleash their creativity without the confines of convention. It's a realm where people are encouraged to be themselves, unburdened by judgment, and where sonic architects can paint sonic tapestries unrestricted.

As I traverse this nascent chapter, I remain mindful of my status as a newcomer, a humble wanderer in this melodious landscape. Each track, every rhythm, serves as both guide and teacher, steering me through this immersive journey. With an unwavering resolve akin to a bassline's heartbeat, my aim is to carve an enduring legacy in my homeland's music narrative, an indelible imprint that resounds through time.
