My name's Justin Cheverez aka 2Hood. Originally from Pateron New Jersey, I moved to a small town in Mass to try and escape the gang and street life that had me in its' grip. At age 12 I was already addicted to the lifestyle and started selling drugs to help a single mom raise 3 kids. I started really getting into music and creating my own lyrics around 13yrs old and haven't stopped yet. I've never really had it easy growing up and have been forced to deal with an enormous amount of loss starting young. From watching my best friend killed to having my twin sister killed after our 18th Birthday, I've dealt with a Lot. Not all coping mechanisms have been healthy, however my MUSIC is how I Thrive. With hard hitting Punch Lines and Passionate Vocals, I turn my music into a Live Escape, where my fans can relate, express, and overcome the Real Life, Every day struggle of growing up in Middle Class Society.
