Since stepping onto the electronic music scene in 2017 she has been crafting powerful and evocative auditory experiences around the globe at festivals, ecstatic dances, retreats, and gatherings. Beyond her role as a performer Malahakam is also a skilled sound therapist, integrating her deep understanding and knowledge of healing frequencies and the neuroscience of music and sound into her curated sets. She weaves a numinous sonic field of ethnic influences, deep tribal rhythms, ethereal melodies, mystical overtones and liberating frequencies - inviting us to heal and explore with curiosity the landscapes of our dreams through movement and dance. Known for her mastery of storytelling through music she cultivates sacred space with sonic vibrations and deep prayer, setting the stage for dancing our dreams into lucidity.

Her passion for music springs from a love of bringing people together in the spirit of joy and self expression. She is a resident DJ for Ecstatic Dance Sydney, and frequently plays at other conscious movement and femme empowerment events across the world. She is known for her legendary co-creation of bringing Australia’s largest art car and sound camp Bhima the Dragon to life.
