My ideal first date:

We go to a couple’s counseling session and see how long it takes the therapist to realize that we’ve never met before.

Stede laughs. Honest to god giggles into his wine glass at the absurdity of it. Surely one can’t just book a couple’s therapist with a complete stranger. He hits the reply button before he can think about it.

There’s no actual way you can do this. Is that allowed?

Not even a full minute passes when he gets a response from Ed.

Completely allowed, mate, as long as we don’t get caught. In fact, why don’t I book us an appointment right now?
