Motu is a Steven Angel pet project which combines Dub & Lounge music with soulful electronic beats.
Steven performs in Motu's live shows solo, using The Live Ableton software, a keoosilator and an assortment of acoustic live instruments.

Steven Angel is a a Producer/Dj - Part of the production team that created the etno-electronic tribe "Sabaya".
Steven Angel Produces a very of electronic and pop tracks, remixes and beats for other artists ,for a wide range of costumers in the israeli music industry.
Steven Angel is also the producer and booker of "Sabaya" and "Jali Ensemble".

Thanks to music loving parents Robert grew up in a very influential environment. He was exposed to a large span of musical genres from an early age which triggered a loving bond with these sounds.

His first endeavors into music began with learning to play the piano at the age of 10. That was quickly followed by learning to dj and mix music on his computer when he was 14 years old.

3 years later he got the opportunity to hold down a residency at club Alcazar, Puttershoek. He worked the tables in Alcazar until he felt it was time to move on 2 years later. He was offered a residency at Hollywood Music Hall in Rotterdam which he accepted. He was the main resident for 10 years! at Hollywood where he gained alot of experience and skills. Apart from his residencies he has also played in various large night clubs in the Netherlands. Right now he plays in various clubs in the Netherlands where he entertains all sorts of crowds with all different styles of music.

Following the natural progression many of music loving Dj’s Robert began to work on his own productions. Out of his Rotterdam based studio he has produced both officially released tracks and a handful of promotional tracks. The catchy melodies and pounding kicks have been well received and can be heard in the audio player on the website. 

Making the floor bounce to the hottest tracks and his own beats is natural to this up and coming, yet experienced, dj producer. Keep your ears open and your bodies moving to the sounds of Robert Reyez.
