Swiss / Chilean Demian Muller has been a consistent and prolific producer in recent years. His versatility as a producer, an innovative DJ and creative musician led to him releasing on Cadenza and 8Bit. Here Demian teams up with Andre Butano, the resident dj of the legendary Le Feria club in Santiago, to bring us a captivating 4 track ep for their debut on Circus Recordings.

After forging a friendship with Yousef while he was on tour in Santiago, Andre passed the Circus boss a copy of Casa Del Aire. The track became a mainstay in Yousef’s sets and was snapped up for release on the label. 

Casa Del Aire is a long ride through South America house - pumping, hypnotic, emotional, and authentic. Evivir continues the sentiment with a captivating and romantic groove. Nytid Night reverts back to a quirky, almost curious sound, with an illegible spoken word rant about late tales that rides along the strongest of undercurrents.

Fresh from endless heat and BBC radio plays of his remix for Carl Cox, Circus Recordings rising star David Glass steps up to remix the title track and delivers, what we think, could be his strongest work to date.

The Stockholm / Washington DC combo that are Pleasurekraft have been one of the biggest success stories in house music in recent years, crafting slice after slice of infectious dancefloor genius. With this new remix package, their name continues to grow in acclaim, with four hot reworkings breathing new life into two previous releases.

Anubis is first under the operating table, with Mike Vale taking the cheeky original and setting the bar very high with his funk-fuelled version. The saucy sax hooks you in, pulling you towards the phat, undulating bassline, mountains of energy pouring from the skippy beats. It's a huge piece of peak-time, summer house music. Tom Flynn takes the track for a walk in the opposite direction, pitching it in an experimental techno style with sprinklings of Belgian rave stabs and the every last drop of weirdness squeezed out of Pleasurekraft's trademark vocals.

The second patient to undergo reconstructive surgery is the huge Carny, with Chase Buch & Nick Olivetti stepping up with a sleek tribal tech interpretation. The haunting vocals are saved for the breakdown, before the track drops and steps up a few gears. Pumping and  energetic yet subtle. Jaceo rounds off the package with his quirky stomp that goes heavy on the sub bass pressure and does away with the frills in favour of pure techno grit.

For Misfit Music's 9th release, we see the label drop into a Housier territory. Proper House sounds play a key part in Misfit Music's club events musical soundscape, so it's important that this sound is represented alongside the Techno releases. A producer who's tracks you are guaranteed to hear most weekends at the club are Jansons.

London based Jansons has become an unstoppable force in the world of House Music. Engineering for some of the biggest names, his skills can be heard clearly across the top record labels in the industry. Over the last year though he has stepped out of the shadows and become one of the key players in his own right. With releases on Knee Deep In Sound, Viva and Richy Ahmed's Fourthirtytwo, he has gained the support of everyone from John Digweed to Jamie Jones.

The Fever EP contains 3 of Jansons finest works to date, Tracks that will undoubtedly see support from the biggest names in the House scene this summer.

On remix duties, we welcome recent Misfit guest and Berlin based Vonda7. With her productions being championed by the likes of Sasha and Dense & Pika, see gives the title track her unique touch, providing us with an excellent alternative take.

Jansons - Traverse

The next release on Roush comes from London-based production duo YINGYANG (UK) & Ren Phillips. 2018 has been a big year for them, releasing on labels such as Criminal Hype, Cr2, NoExcuse Records & Lost Audio; they add Roushlabel to that list with a big two-track package of dancefloor heat with their 'Cult Fiction' EP. Kicking off the release is 'Get Down Bizzy', setting the tone with an upbeat and sturdy attitude from the outset. A rumbling bassline and strong kicks throw you headfirst into the groove, accompanied by high-energy rhythm and a catchy vocal hook. Quirky samples, massive buildups and hammer blow drops make this a no-nonsense tech weapon; hold on to your hat! The second and final track in the release 'Cult Fiction' exhibits plenty more of their signature style. Robust and rolling groove with some offbeat percussion, hints of melody and more addictive vocal chops keep you engaged (no doubt with your head bouncing along throughout). Another fine example of a no expense spared, seriously strong club track mentality; upholding their reputation for 'all killer, filler' jams.
