My name is Pietro Zaffuto, known as UniVersus, and I am an Italian musician and composer. I have studied music since childhood, focusing on theory, solfeggio, harmony, and composition, applied to bass and complementary piano, earning my diploma over the years.

I have composed both classical and experimental music, as well as electronic dance music (Techno, Tech House, Minimal), with releases over the years on Italian labels. My musical philosophy is that music is simply beautiful or ugly, without limits of genre or labels.

I perform live both as a soloist, using synthesizers and electronic instruments, and with my six-member band, playing acoustic and traditional music with classical and other instruments, continuously exploring musical avant-garde in all its forms.

The genres I mentioned are only a simplified reference for those who like to categorize music. However, I want to emphasize that, after years of prayer and meditation, I have come to the conclusion that, for me, music transcends genres, eras, and origins: it exists only in its essence as either beautiful or not. And, in my view, that is already more than enough.

Daniel Vargas González, conocido en la
escena electrónica como D-Vargas, nació en
Terrassa y creció en La Pobla de Segur.
Desde muy joven desarrolló una conexión
especial con la música electrónica, pasión
que más tarde se convertiría en el motor de
toda su trayectoria artística.
Fue miembro fundador de A.C.A.T., el primer
colectivo de música electrónica de la
provincia de Lleida, un proyecto pionero que
dejó huella en la escena local y tuvo una
presencia constante en los principales
eventos del Pirineo catalán. Gracias a esta
iniciativa, D-Vargas se consolidó como un
referente en la organización, promoción y
difusión de la cultura electrónica en la
región.
Su carrera lo ha llevado a actuar en algunas
de las salas más icónicas del panorama
electrónico, entre ellas , El Rachdingue, El
Blau y Zoreks, compartiendo cabina con
grandes nombres internacionales como
Frank Kvitta, O.B.I. o Felix Kröcher. Estas
experiencias reforzaron su reconocimiento
en la escena y le consolidaron como un DJ
con sello propio y gran versatilidad.
En cuanto a su propuesta musical, D-Vargas
siempre ha sentido afinidad por las
vertientes más oscuras y enérgicas del
techno, explorando estilos como el
hardtechno y el hardgroove. Con el tiempo,
su sonido ha evolucionado para incorporar
influencias más amplias como el
technohouse, lo que le permite conectar con
públicos diversos y adaptarse a diferentes
escenarios.
Actualmente, el nombre de D-Vargas se
asocia con una propuesta artística sólida,
marcada por la técnica depurada, la fuerza
de su selección musical y, sobre todo, por su
capacidad de transmitir energía y crear
experiencias intensas e inolvidables en cada
pista de baile.

House music is uptempo music for dancing, although by modern dance-music standards it is mid-tempo, generally ranging between 118 and 135 bpm. Tempos tended to be slower in the early years of house. 
The common element of house is a prominent kick drum on every beat (also known as a four-on-the-floor beat), usually generated by a drum machine or sampler. The kick drum sound is augmented by various kick fills and extended dropouts. The drum track is filled out with hi-hat cymbal-patterns that nearly always include a hi-hat on quaver off-beats between each kick, and a snare drum or clap sound on beats two and four of every bar. This pattern derives from the so-called "four-on-the-floor" dance drumbeats of the 1960s which impacted on 1980s house music via the 1970s disco drummers. 

Disco House is a sub-genre of electronic dance music. It is classified as the combination of modern house music with elements of classic disco, whether through samples or thematic similarities. It uses technology (such as samplers and synthesizers) to convert the simple dance music bass lines and rhythmic pulsations constant four-four beats. This dance genre characterized by a slow and low prevalence of his compositions. Sometimes incorporates voices and / or sung melodies. Built on pre-recorded sounds, distorted and altered electronically, house music gathered the elements of disco dancing. As with the techno-pop music quickly created around various subgenres. The New York local Garage reintroduced soul vocal melodies and some piano styles protruding roots in disco house.
