The year is coming to an end and elrow Music wants to celebrate it with another pair of bangers. The first December release is ERM093rd reference, which is delivered by long lasting Manchester’s duo, Pirate Copy. The pair, known for their raw and innovative dance tracks and their DIY approach have created ‘Flaky EP’, a three tracker joyful work that continues rising the standards in elrow’s parties’ label. The EP opens up with ‘Flaky MF (Original Mix)’, a track that starts building itself with a tight percussion and some crazy effects, adding more and more elements and melodies, until becoming a real monster of a track, with its hypnotizing chants and perfectly placed elements. Following we find ‘Not Delicate (Original Mix)’, a track that starts high in energy, with a vibe that tell us that sh** is about to get real! Suddenly, we are struck by a line of synth effects and ghostly vocals, with a tight percussion and a very techno and dark atmosphere, without forgetting that party vibe inherent to elrow’s peak dancefloor moments. Without a doubt, this one will be heard tearing up many dancefloors. Closing the EP is ‘There Is No Underground (Original Mix)’, which starts slowly… But don’t let that fool you! The deep bass starts striking soon after and the combination of claps, hi hats and those extraterrestrial vocals, along the synth line, turns this slow banger into a beast by own right. A perfect transient song that will be loved both by DJs and crowd. As the year comes to an end, elrow Music continues with this great line of releases, setting a very distinct and unique sound apart from the rest. You can’t miss this Pirate Copy’s amazing work!
