Tresor New Faces | Closing | 16.07.2025

Based in Amsterdam, Vera Grace is a techno artist shaped by the city’s vibrant underground. Her sound leans towards the hypnotic and textured, layering rhythms that gradually pull the listener deeper. A growing interest in modular synthesis has opened up new ground in her production, with a fully live analogue set currently in development.

A graduate of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, she’s been steadily building her name with appearances at Tresor, RSO, Radion, FVTVR Paris, Elysia Basel, and festivals like Awakenings and DGTL.

This mix is dancefloor-focused, built on rolling grooves while staying deep enough to lose yourself in.

DJ and emerging producer PATRICIO STRIX!
A native of Nový Jičín, Patrik Baroš started with electronic music six years ago. Until then he was into metal and rock, which is why he has a distinctive style of mixing.


Patricio was a part of the globally successful podcast WAN DEEP SESSION, he was a guest on the Irish radio INFINITY RADIO IRELAND, where he celebrated considerable success.  
In Prague clubs he is known for his uncompromising and vigorous techno, which he likes to serve at a faster tempo.

Currently Patricio is a member of the Prague underground band Pulse Techno. In this crew, he is accompanied by seasoned DJs and producers, namely Icarian PB1, Elektrabel, Nadine, Orkus, Underholt. Their home club is Pulse 22, where at the same time Patricio has his own resident night every Thursday called DEEP:CTRL-THRS & BASS:CTRL- THRS.

He has played alongside well-known names such as Adriana Lopez, Lewis Fautzi, Linear System, Orbith, Subgate, Jaquillin, Herbrido, Alex Stein, Illya, Phill Albedo, Monoloc, Nina Farrina Golpe aka Broken Robot, Klaps, The Benefice, Kat KorKut, Signate, Proxima B, Elsy_Dogma and more. 

He has performed all over the country including festivals like Beats 4 Love, Coal, Machač and many other big events. He is also starting to make his way abroad. He has played in Bangkok, Thailand on the busiest and wildest street, Kahaosan Rd. at the Pineapple Khaosan Dispensary Bar. In Munich, Germany, at the Muffatcafe club, at the Kramladen club in the centre of Vienna, at Club Radost in Bratislava and at the Tech-Essence festival in Slovakia. 

His other alter ego is the name Dark Rhythm, where he works together with djane Nadine who is also his partner. Their musical connection attracts all fans of dark hypnotic techno, which with its groove elements will not leave your feet standing still. Precise mixing, unadulterated selection and interplayed hands on the mix. This is Dark Rhythm

Yan Oxygen is back with us for Respekt 142 with the eagerly awaited follow-up to last year’s “Orionis”.
“Rampage” barrels along with deep, filtered sub bass and clanking synths, with only a brief moment’s respite in some tense strings before the rampage resumes. On the figurative flip-side, 05AM is a more melodic moment, with thick synth pads and an evocative looped vocal to get those early morning hands in the air.
The remix of “Rampage” is delivered by Hungarian duo Steam Shape, who have turned in a great alternative take, adding a little more groove, and extending the break into an ethereal moment with emotive chords and twinkling synth lines.

London-based producer Cera Alba pairs up with vocalist Zahra for a pair of tough tracks on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax this June featuring a remix from Stockholm’s Tiger Stripes.

Since his humble beginnings several years ago the Newcastle-born artist has cemented a reputation for consistency, with releases appearing on the likes of Hot Creations, Moon Harbour, VIVa MUSiC,
Avotre, Madtech and Gruuv. As a DJ he’s been making regular appearances across Europe, including venues such as Watergate Berlin, Sankeys Ibiza, Brixton Academy London, not to mention festivals such as Hideout.

‘Taking Over Me’ is a dark and moody roller from the get-go. Robust drums and mesmerizing atmospherics form its basis whilst Zahra’s soulful vocals and a cavernous low-end rumbles throughout to its rhythm as a piercing vocal and metallic elements ebb in and out of the mix. Tiger Stripes then provides a crunchy remix of ‘Taking Over Me’, distorting Zahra’s vocals whilst incorporating tantalizing synths into his own stomping rendition.

What Came First is a label set and ran by the people behind leading UK club venue EGG London, and its new EP is a melodic Techno release with original tracks from Metodi Hristov plus a remix from Kyle E.

Metodi Hristov is a Bulgarian based DJ and producer who has released music on labels including Octopus, Terminal M, Noir Music, Snatch! Records, Deeperfect Records, Rejected, Gruuv, Glasgow Underground and his own Set About.

Having released his first record in 2009, Metodi Hristov has for years been rising through the ranks of the world's electronic music elite. Many became aware of him after his 2014 Ibiza anthem “Step Outside”, which was listed by DJ’s such as Matthias Tanzmann as being one of his favourite tracks of the year.

Providing the solo remix is EGG London resident Kyle E, who many will recognise from John Digweed's “Live On South Beach” compilation, which featured the Christian Burkhardt remix of Kyle’s track “Arp For You Heart”.

The first track 'Wild East' has dark bass stabs that fill the track with menace and unnerving tension, whilst fast flowing hi-hats and a rolling bassline provide the energy. A melodic lead synth adds just a touch of euphoria, making this is perfectly sculpted dancefloor techno at its best.

Second on the release is 'The Room' that has throbbing low end stabs layered over pulsating bass tones. The lead synth is filled with suspense that contrasts against the gliding bursts from the melodic pad, lifting this relentless track that's packed with exhilarating forward momentum.

For the third and final track Kyle E reworks 'Wild East'. Keeping the originals lead keys, he adds his own bassline that grows with tension as the track develops. Using a dreamscape melody, his remix provides a deeper version for those who like things progressive and epic.
