The Sounds Of Sweet Nothing are thrilled to announce the release of "Sleep Education" (SWEET4) the debut album from Newport based musicians Jewellers.

Sleep Education is an 11-track album of electronic and ambient romanticism and one of the most promising manifestations to come from the UK electronic scene in a long time.

To coincide with the release of Sleep Education, Jewellers will be collaborating with some of their favourite new artists for a series of remix EP's. The first of which is the "Tape EP" which features remixes from Sun Glitters, Alone and Pinemarten.

All digital purchases of the album include the remix EP series, additional album material and a track purposefully made to show the shape of things to come entitled "ThirtySix"

Post punk provocateurs The Pop Group announce the reissue of their long out of print second studio album, For How Much Longer Do We Tolerate Mass Murder? through Freaks R Us on Friday 19th February 2016.

It will be the first time the highly sought after album has been reissued, let alone made available digitally or on CD. The vinyl edition remains true to the ambitious aesthetics of the original release, coming packaged with eight giant original artwork prints on four double-sided posters, and the CD format will include smaller versions of all the posters.

Originally released in March 1980 on their own Y label through Rough Trade, For How Much Longer Do We Tolerate Mass Murder? spent 20 weeks in the Indie charts, peaking at #1. Produced and mixed by the band, For How Much Longer Do We Tolerate Mass Murder? represents the quintessential independent Pop Group album - untethered, entrenched and completely committed to challenging the political orthodoxy of the day and savagely denunciating its failings.

The Pop Group singer and lyricist, Mark Stewart says: “Context is crucial. At the time, The Pop Group were playing multiple rallies and benefits across Europe from Scrap SUS to Aid for Cambodia to our final blow out at the 500,000 strong Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament rally in Trafalgar Square.”

Declared a “revolutionary, anti-imperialist manifesto” by Mark Paytress (MOJO, Record Collector, Rolling Stone), the album has been celebrated by Uncut as one of the 50 Greatest Lost Albums.

The Pop Group released Citizen Zombie, their third studio recording and first album in 35 years to widespread acclaim in February 2015.
