The second chapter of Mood Waves’ Digital Moods series finds the label crew and close affiliates navigating the smoother side of their sonic spectrum - though “smooth” here comes with the subtext of late-night mischief. Among the contributions sits a slice of nocturnal hypnosis from one of the label’s own - DJ Tjizza - who uses Astrodome to remind us that sometimes the straightest path to transcendence is the one without any scenic detours.

With "Astrodome", DJ Tjizza strips things to their essentials: an Acid line with purpose, a rhythm that doesn’t waver, and a partly spoken vocal that lands like a coded message from another frequency.
