The Berlin-based Techno producer and DJ has crafted a sound that’s as driving and powerful as it is emotional and driving. 

Known for his  rolling grooves, Flanko’s sound has evolved into something uniquely his own: dark and intense, yet melodic and human

But the story of Flanko goes deeper than music. 
The name itself was a nickname given to him by one of his best friends – someone who saw his potential early on and was always in his corner. He died by suicide, leaving behind a silence that words could never fill. 
Taking on the name Flanko became his way of honoring his memory – carrying a piece of him forward in every track, every stage, every moment shared through sound.

With a growing international presence, releases with many big artists, and a clear artistic vision, Flanko is doing what he loves the most, creating music that creates unique moments.

Hailing from Lyon, the French artist has been releasing his brand of melodic techno since 2016. While Sheeva Records served as the vehicle for his debut releases, Lugubre has since gone on to showcase his music with Guava, Trak Mix and Esprits Croisés. A good portion of his music in recent years has been made available through free downloads, one most notably with Sweet Music. Now embarking on the most anticipated project of his career, Lugubre begins 2021 with his Eat My Hat debut 'Animah'.

Desde seu primeiro contato com a música eletrônica, em meados de 2012, Pitaluga sempre gostou de pesquisar e compartilhar as melhores que encontrava, com o passar dos anos o contato foi ficando cada vez mais intenso e em 2018, influenciado por amigos e pela paixão evidente pela música, começou a tocar.

E de lá pra cá vem transmitindo com maior prazer em seus sets, ritmos dançantes de energia contagiante, abrangendo gêneros como Indie Dance, House e Progressive House, sempre buscando referências indo à festivais como Universo Paralello, Time Warp e DGTL, na intenção de surpreender a pista, conduzindo emoções e trazendo experiências sensoriais aos amantes dessa linda arte que é a música.
