I really felt doing this remix when Tegan and Sara reached out to me and asked for a remix. I wanted to make something different and extraordinary since we are heading towards spring. I ended up making a water wave melody with a surfing type of feeling over it. When I was a teenage I got introduced to their music through the serie One Three Hill, and after that I have been listening to them for so many years. I hope you like what I did with this original because I really enjoyed making it.

Scottish producer Luke EQ arrived on Cheeky in big style with his first two releases on the label, which were supported by some of the biggest names in UK hard dance. Now he's teamed up with Lee Sproat to bring us 'Falling', a massive vocal bounce number which combines classic scouse house and 90s Euro trance vibes. On the remix, Dirty Donk DJs pump things up even harder for the bounce floors, and Ste Willo gives it a pumping piano house flip in the style that's earned him support from some of the biggest names in the scene right now. The first time Martin heard this song on the radio, he called me (Tristan) up and was like, "you HAVE to hear this new song by Alessia Cara! It has this dope 'ay ay ay ahhh' vocal chant in the chorus!" Right away, we thought about how awesome it would be to remix it. Then about a week later, our manager emailed us the track (without knowing how much we liked it) and asked us if we wanted to take a stab at it. No brainer.

Anyways, we had so much fun making this remix! We made a crazy vocal chop in the drop, I played a little guitar, and it was our first time working with a rap. Hope you guys like it, and if you do, PLEASE give it a heart on HypeM. Thanks!
