Description:
This piece is a blend of geographies. On one hand, the base from the UK bass movement gives the structure. Then samples of Bala , a new Bogotan sub-genre of the hyped Guaracha, give the contrarian character, and the universal breaks the release of the tension. Duality and motion have been part of Trexeter's body of work so far given the unstable nature of contemporary lifestyle. Soothing yet stimulating, an ambivalent space between a club tool and a contemplative tune.

Le Cap is the beginning of the journey. Over the ocean, the radio captures fragments of Creole music and lost percussion beats. It's a 147bpm layered piece between speed-dembow, amapiano, afro-house and UK-Funky with goofy plot twists

02 - 0.9am

Night has fallen on the island, and the exploration team is approaching the core of the mission. A 133bpm Hard-Drum style track with furious bionic sound-design over a 2-Step groove, featuring digital gqom and afro-house action

03 - This Is How It Was (Supposed To Connect)

Finally, This Is How It Was Supposed To Connect... A 180 to 90bpm schizophrenic dembow trancey apotheosis, like a temporal vortex.
