Here's a tribute I made on Sunday for a great man, the one and only Lou Reed. He's was one of my all time musical hero's. It's a sad time when a person leaves us and moves on to the next life. His music was and always will be a source of inspiration and joy to me and others. One thing is for certain, even though he's left us, his music never will.

For their new version of 'Via Con Me', Milk & Sugar teamed up with Neri Per Caso, a famous Italian A-cappella group, and winners of the renowned Italian Sanremo Festival. Bereits in den 90er Jahren entdeckte Mats Alexander die elektronische Musik für sich, wobei erst das Produzieren und Anfang des 21. Jahrhunderts auch das DJing zu seiner Leidenschaft wurde. Trotz jahrelanger Erfahrung und diversen privaten Gigs feierte Mats Alexander sein professionelles DJ-Debüt erst Anfang 2012 im S38 in Koblenz als Teil des DJ-Duos NOT+ELEND. Kurze Zeit später begann er sein Solo-Projekt und legte seitdem für diverse S38 (Koblenz) Veranstaltungen, Lollipop (Mainz) sowie Bonnvivant (Bonn) auf. Seine Offenheit den verschiedensten Musikrichtungen gegenüber drückt sich auch in seinen abwechslungsreichen Sets aus, die in erster Linie eine Mischung aus Deep House und Tech House sind - oftmals auch mit Einschlägen anderer Musikgenres. Während seine Podcasts eher chillig und tiefgründig sind, vermitteln seine Live-Sets ein Gefühl von glücklich sein und tanzen wollen!
