but honestly she told a bunch.
sometimes she gave me butterflies,
then said she thought she wasn’t much.

but still I can’t forget her face
and just can’t wrap my mind around:
she didn’t have an ounce of grace,
but there was something more profound. 

It’s criminal, she couldn’t see
through all her negativity.
I couldn’t make this girl believe
I loved her eccentricity.
