You know even when there is a lot going on in our personal lives God is still with us even when we are going through hard times - it's what perfects us and makes us stronger - getting through to the other side of the storm - even when we didn't think we were going to make it. Singing out praise and worship is our weapon to keep us uplifted.

Awesome God

I have joined Resound Music 12 song challenge - anyone can join by the way.  It started in January.  Each month we are given a "Theme" to write about.  October's theme was "Mental Health"  - I don't know anyone who is not going through "stuff" at the moment, life is hard and can seem even darker when things get on top of us.  Thankfully I find when I pour out in my songs, somehow I feel God meets me half way just to catch hold of me and build me back up again. I'm a happily married mom of 3 who is in love with family, music, and in love with the Lord. I am a worship leader and play on an awesome team at my church. I also love to write my own songs.
