We put this little tribute together way back in April to pay homage D’angelo, one of the finest soul artists of our generation as a warm up to his show at Soulfest in 2014 as he was in Sydney to play alongside the likes of Aloe Blacc, Maxwell, Common, Mos Def.

Happy new year! This was my final gig of the year recorded at a wonderful house party somewhere near Notting Hill/Kensington. Phil and Victoria reached out a few months previous to book me for Phil’s 50th at their house and I must say… WHAT A HOUSE it was. Beautiful place, wonderful friends and family in attendance and a real party atmos. They fed and watered me all night and I met some superb people all evening. The set reflects the party vibes of the night and the dancefloor didn’t let up for a second from the get go. Hope you enjoy this session as much as I did x
