It's refreshing to see a person who is unafraid to voice his opinion.

Matt I agree with you alot and I do on the issue of ADHD.  Your half my age, and it was funny that you made the remark about the baby boomersw messing it all up.  Back about 10 years ago I made the same remark about my parents generation.  Seems like it all started falling apart after WWII.

Why do you believe children, who are being treating for a ADHD, are "being chemically forced to conform to our arbitrary societal standards"? How many of "these children" do you know? You have looked down your nose, at parents like me, who have said "walk a mile in my shoes". You refuse to see both sides of the "world" of ADHD. I have lived a life with my child with and without medication and, yes medication helps. I am in no way stifling my child's personality, making her a zombie, or forcing her to conform to societal norms. I have a feeling if you weren't writing for the Blaze you would not so readily sensationalize your point of view. Controversy drives readership, and I you seem to be drawing in readers left and right. Speaking on behalf of parents of children who struggle everyday; you are a misinformed coward, who dare not spend time with a family like mine, lest you realize how wrong you are. You should be ashamed of the misinformation you purvey to the uninformed masses.
