Heather Rice is a singer songwriter and actress best known for her unique voice.

Rice has opened for Lee DeWyze, Joan Osborne, Sheryl Crow, and Lady Antebellum.

A cover of "Lover You Should've Come Over"  by the late 90’s icon Jeff Buckley,  inspired a short film made in Charleston, SC. Rice worked with cinematographers, Keith Bradshaw (Sufjin Stevens "Carrie and Lowell Live") and Stuart White (Doom Flamingo). Rice self produced and edited the film also co starring with NYC based actor, Ryan Wesley Gilreath (Carol 2019). This inspired her to create her own record label and music video shop: Red Lion Recording which encompasses all aspects of song creation to visual representation. 



Heather resides in Charleston, SC with her husband, Shawn (iamshawnrice.com) and their children, Leo and Liza. She believes God speaks to all of us through music with great love.

On Christmas Day 1999, we started a Christmas tradition. Every Christmas Day, after opening gifts, we record a Beatles’ song. Our aim is to reproduce The Beatles’ sounds, instrumentation, performances and recording techniques as closely as possible.

Orlando, Florida's Plane Versus Cult perform a atmospheric blend of rock and soul music. The current lineup of Vocalist/guitarist Brian Killeen, guitarist Eddy Jo Martinez, drummer/percussionist Guy Hilsman, and bassist/keyboardist David Cox begin carefully crafting original music in the summer of 2016.

Since getting together the band have developed a unique process to combine their diverse influences into an intriguing original sound that incorporates and refines ideas from every member of the band. Their hard work and engaging live performances have yielded a spot opening for Tommy Stinson's Bash and Pop at the Social and performing at the 2017 Orlando Fringe Festival. Plane Versus Cult continue to perform regularly in central Florida while writing material for their debut release.
