Founded in Argentina in 2024, Sopor Music is an electronic music record label dedicated to exploring a diverse range of genres. Spans from experimental sounds—such as ambient, electronica, breakbeat, and dub-tech—to club-oriented styles. 
Sopor Music was born from the need to place hybrid musical pieces in the musical panorama, which converge within themselves tracks inspired by the broad spectrum of musical essence, in the art of time, in synesthesia, in cinematographic imagery, in shock, even the intrinsically hypnotic, wild, underground, that inevitable surrender to the mastery of a beat.

Sopor Music is also a place between wakefulness and deep sleep, a perpetual transition, a hybrid space, between the dreamlike and symbolic and the force that attracts us to reality, where labels can comfortably disintegrate, a place that grants permissions to be monster, and move in this dialogue between the soft, the sweet, the dreamy, the acoustic, and the emphatically serial and synthetic.

We like opposites, we like contradictions, we are the ambiguous, we lie comfortably in this tension, in the torpor.
