I believe my songs to be stories. They convey something — a message received by the anima. This project is devoted to intuitive expression, guided wherever my senses lead me, shaping the story I’m meant to tell — a story that ends up as a mystery to myself.

"Born in 1992 and raised in Malmö, Sweden, Natesa has been carving out sonic landscapes since 2006. What began as curious tinkering in FL Studio soon evolved into a lifelong relationship with sound — guided by a fascination with texture, weight, and emotional intensity. A pivotal scene from Blade's iconic underground rave planted the seed, and years later, a local psytrance party would change everything.

His music lives in the liminal space between beauty and heaviness. Drawing from the intensity of the hard dance scene and the eerie introspection of dark ambient, his productions are immersive and often unpredictable. Whether it's storytelling trance or experimental excursions beyond genre, every track aims to be alive — infused with its own soul and replay value.

More than just a producer, his artistic process is guided by the Tao Te Ching — a philosophy of surrender, flow, and balance. Forcing a track would be a betrayal of that principle. As a result, each release emerges organically, as if discovered rather than created.

Though he’s performed live using CDJs, his heart is in the studio, where he conjures the immersive dreamstates that define his sound. That same depth can sometimes become consuming — pushing the artist into altered mental states, even moments of unease — but it's in those extremes that the most meaningful work is often born.

With each release, he invites listeners into a world where technology, surrealism, urban aesthetics and spiritual minimalism collide. His goal? To make music worth replaying endlessly. Tracks that don’t just move your body — but shape your inner landscape.

FreakyMindControl was unleashed in 2011, the year he both stepped behind the decks and kicked down the door to the underground with the festival Follow The Magic Mushroom. Since then, he’s functioned as a kind of musical mystic on permanent overtime — now also a co-organizer of Future Is Now, helping push the scene further into the cosmos, one crazy event at a time.

He also have a passion for joggling, where you will see him around festivals with his Devil sticks. He specially love to play with fire and led sticks.
Showcases his skills as a Fire Artist, often captivating audiences at Danish outdoor parties.

His musical universe is a psychedelic lucky dip:
You might pull chillout that feels like floating weightlessly through a neon-colored dreamscape… or you might pull hard psychedelic forest that hits like a pack of hyperactive woodland spirits banging on drum kits or something magical in between.

It’s chaotic, colorful, intense - and somehow still controlled.
Well… his control? Your control? Nobody’s really sure anymore.

But one thing is certain:

DJ Der Loth aka "Wave Function" as Live Act, is Stefan D. born ´73 in Cologne….1st Contact with the psychedelic tribe was in Juli 1993...Berlin...Nation of Gondwana OA… Wow, what an Experience for me!!! Damn good music, freaky cool people and the complete OpenAir feeling. A combination that impacted my life like a virus...it catched me directly...until this very moment! At this Time in 1993 I quickly realised that i wanted, no I had to, mix this music and began to work with good old Vinyl. In 2005 I had my first "OFFICIAL" Gigs in the MfE-Club (Ministerium für Entspannung) in Berlin as DJ DER LOTH. Cause loosing my regular job end of 2004 i start to spend a lot of Time in Music and buy a good Computer and started to take things a bit more seriously. 2005 Then i became a Member of the Planet Waldfrieden (Wonderland OA) Resident DJ Crew and in the beginning of 2008 i move to Berlin. Since 2011 i am a Member of Triptonite Records wich is based in Denmark and 2012 i start organize Party in and arround Berlin with different Crews and collaborations with some well known Clubs in Berlin . 2016 he starts also his new Live Project "Wave Function" .

Running the North redneck hillbilly psytrance style straight from the bughole of the Danish swamp, I come alive when nobody else dares to cook up some moonshine and score those elusive plants. Because, really, why not be the maestro orchestrating the symphony of weirdness? Join me if you have smoked meat i am fresh !

Freak durchläuft die klassische DJ-Laufbahn: Ein junger Mann mit dem hübschen Namen Philipp erbt 1998 Plattenspieler und zwei Techno-Scheiben, findet Gefallen am Mixen und schmiedet den schamlosen Plan, die Welt zu erobern. Das Lehrlingsgeld wird fortan in Vinyl investiert, Len Faki und Dave Clarke stehen ganz oben auf der Wunschliste. Strebsam vertieft er nicht nur seine Kenntnisse in der Musik, sondern baut seine Fertigkeiten an den Decks immer weiter aus. Als Freak de Philipè bespielte er erstmals auf kleinen und privaten Partys das Publikum, macht sich schnell einen Namen unter dem feiernden und begeisterten Volk und rückt im Line up immer häufiger neben die Größen des Techno. Obwohl nie ganz klar ist, wie man Freak de Philipè eigentlich schreibt – auch Philipp nicht – passt das Pseudonym: Der Junge und seine Sets stecken voller raumgreifender, kribbeliger Energie. Soviel, dass er sie schließlich auf zwei Aka’s verteilen muss: Constantine Koch erblickt das Licht der Welt. Als Constantine lebt Philipp seine Vorliebe für etwas weniger verrückten, weniger „brutalen“, zwar immer noch minimalen aber auch mal geschwungen schönen Sound aus. Eine etwas zurückhaltendere Art, letztlich doch wieder zur Ekstase zu gelangen. Und irgendwie lugt der Freak dann doch immer auch um die Ecke.

Philipp ist Mitbegründer der Hard&Smart-Crew, die seit Jahren Techno-Acts mit Rang und Namen ins mitteldeutsche Niemandsland lockt, hat diverse Nebenprojekte mit befreundeten DJs und Musikern am Laufen, organisiert Partys und hebt auch gerne mal kleine Clubs mit aus der Taufe. Hierzu gehören unter anderem das Austin/Leipzig und die Sparte 13/Naumburg.
