Releasing my debut album has been one of my most meaningful life-experiences, and apart from the times playing my livesets, I seem to never have found a right moment to share it personally with the world. Today it has been exactly one year since the release-date, so this should be a good moment.

"Kindred Phenomena marks Mattheis' debut album. After two cosmic EPs on Nous'klaer and a mini-album on tape for Ecstatic Recordings, he now returns to Nous'klaer for his first full story. An album shaped for every occasion: driving from the city to the island, dancing in the living room, or raving at sunset. On Kindred Phenomena Mattheis picks up where he left off: 'Swell' serves as another episode of the prisms, the modular synth excursion of 'Bit Fragments' pushes his arpeggiator solos a step further, and album standout 'Ben_M' provides his most beautiful dance of melodies yet. Raphaël de Sauvage more known as Cabaret Nocturne has been penning fusions of ‘80s pop, dark basslines, and unhinged house beats since the mid-noughties - combinations that are by his standards ‘non-formulaic’, getting his Cabaret Nocturne cloak on in 2013.

He's made his way into our playlists, record boxes etc by constantly delivering great tracks for the last 3 years on some of our favorite labels like Beachcoma, My Favorite Robot or the last ep on Roam recordings to name just a few.

Supported by artists like this Andrew Weatherall, Chloé, Cosmo Vitelli, Damian Lazarus, Daniele Baldelli, Erol Alkan, Ewan Pearson, Fairmont, Jennifer Cardini, Justin Robertson, Marek Hemmann, My Favorite Robot, Tim Sweeney or Trevor Jackson, there's only thing left to add, keep an eye on him if you're not doing it already.

We welcome Israeli producer Niv Ast to the Play Pal Series and also to the label as he'll be on board in one of the following Ep's.

After playing at Tel Aviv main clubs for over six years, he's also now focused on his own productions and a new live act which includes distortion guitars, ecstatic percussions and hypnotizing vocals, that he's presented at 'Calvi On The Rocks' Festival, 'The Waiting Room' and 'The Block'.

With music released and forthcoming on labels such as Ombra, Correspondant, Relish, Calypso and Snap Crackle & Pop to mention just a few, he's become one of the producers most in demand nowadays.

He's also started the label 'New Day Everyday', which as he describes it, it's a small-friendly-boutique label set up by him, Eliezer and Daniel Weil.

Theus Mago is the alter ego of Mexican producer Mateo González, responsible for dance music projects such as Bufi (Kitsuné/Discotexas), Sonido Fantasma (Turbo Recordings) and currently co-head of label Duro. 

Theus Mago is a new side of Mateo obscure experimental rhythmsmeet the rigourness of the party dancefloor. 

In 2015, Theus Mago released “Ritmo Extraterrestre” through the french/german label Correspondant, earning quick support from the likes of Solomun, Dixon, Âme and Haai, kicking off aconstantly busy world touring schedule. 

Mateo’s alter ego has lately been on a steady streak of solid releases, including labels around the globe such as Lumiere Noire, Turbo Recordings, Optimo, Ombra Intl, Duro, Feines Tier, Playground Records, Correspondant and Pets Recordings, among many others.
