At 14, I begun writing and crafting my own lyrics
and developing a strong overtly aussie style of rap. 

Over the years, I’ve collaborated with some of Perth Hip Hop’s finest such as the late Hunter [RIP] Bitter Belief of SBX, TPW, 
DSC and the Sound Magnetiks, Cynical world and many others.
I even did a track with Mac Lethal once which was pretty cool. 

Originally, I was half of a rap duo named Aftershock 
along with a fellow MC named Mysc and a member of The Psych Ward crew from around 2010 until 2012.

In mid/late 2012, for various reasons, I decided to move on into a more experimental phase Along with fellow producer, Maali aka Paramorph,
We created a new band named "Iron Cypher" 
Where we were recreating the genre we all formerly know as rock rap. [www.facebook.com/ironcypherperth]

In 2014, I picked up the bass guitar
and begun rapping and playing bass simultaneously. 
This was extremely difficult but after ALOT of practice,
I became pretty good at it, good enough to start 
Winning over crowds with this technique very few have seen.

Whilst Iron Cypher was musically challenging and creative,
I decided that direction was not what i wanted anymore.
For majority of my musical path, 
I had always felt any music i made simply lacked a certain Funk/groove 
due to projects always being a collaborative effort. 
This eventually drove me to leave iron cypher at the end of 2016. 

Nowadays I am entirely solo.
Writing all the lyrics. Recording my vocals and bass guitar. 
The production, sampling, mixing and mastering. 
It’s all me. 

I have SOME of my music on the more well known streaming platforms 
Such as Spotify, Apple Music, deezer etc. 
however I like to stay true to the traditional sampling methods of hip hop
And this, at times,  causes me trouble with these platforms 
so I keep ALL of my music on my sound cloud.

I’m a normal bloke, I work a full time job, I love beer and whiskey
have a crazy ass wife and 2 crazy ass kids and I think cats suck. 
Some blokes play video games. some blokes go fishing. 
 I make music for fun/as a release. It’s my thing. 

I’m a proud Australian and I love Australian music, 
I think we have the best sounds in the world 
and I make it my focus to sample strictly Aussie music when I do.
