The fine folks of Funky Town invited me back in 2022 to play some tunes on their brand new DJ booth.  For the first Burning Man in 3 years I focused on music that would bring people together, put smiles on their faces, and get them moving.  This was played on Monday later afternoon into pre-sunset, and you can almost picture  the people cruising by on bikes, trikes, and art cars.

I ended up playing longer than expected to fill in for my buddy @nick-stene which gave me a chance to play a bunch of my brand new tracks and also dip into some of my recent classics.  This is the only recording I managed to get from my 3 sets on playa this year so it's great I was able to get through a bunch of tracks.

Burning Man 2022, Monday @ Funky Town

What a whirlwind at Burning Man 2023. I'm slowly combing through my USBs and gathering all the sets. I will be recording a couple that I didn't get to record out there from a sunrise moment on the Janky Barge art car and a funky sunrise set at Bubbles & Bass that didn't happen because of the epic storm. 

Long before the storm, I jammed with the crew at the camp Santo Cabron and brought in the sunset vibes atop the aEyeclops art piece. It was such a beautiful view of the entire city, and I immensely want to thank Love My Robot aka Carolina and Rey Solo aka my BIPOC Beats Collective co-lead Juan for having me and for letting me share space with ya.

This was the closing set on Saturday night at Love Fest 2024!  This was the most fun I've ever had djing.  The vibration was high and people were getting down!  So much love on the dance floor.  This was a musical journey highlighting the growth in my personal life over the last year.  It is a fun combination of house, afro house, tech house, and funky house.
