Florida Music’s 33rd reference is delivered by the mind behind the platform itself, Andrés Campo. The enigmatic track titles of each song are, as the title of the EP suggests: numbers. 091, 136, 013 & 006 make up the ep and are best described as intensively percussive, powerful and very physical, with atmospheric touches and a progressive narrative.
Opening the EP is 09, a track that opens with powerful and loose percussion and interesting metallic and watery sounds that remind us of the oppressive environment inside a submarine. A dancefloor killer in its own right. 136 follows, opening with same energy and intensity of its predecessor it continues with atmospheric touches and an acidic Martian synth-line and metallic effects.
013 has a tighter percussion and strong minimalist feeling. Melodic touches dominate the soundscape and morph as the tracks progresses, turning it a cacophony of sound. Finally, closing this EP we find 006. A softer opening, it soon reveals itself as a master combination of effects, percussion and alien synth melodies together with those metallic and fluid sounds that we subtly find throughout the entire EP.

Bastian Bux delivers his third EP on the label and shows the evolution of his own sound, now in a more techno way but remaining the big melodies and complex harmonies. In this release we can find the very first vocal track, an emotional and beautiful song called 'Linna'. 'Oracle' is an introspective techno with a mental arpeggio ready to burn your brain off. Coyu did a ravey, fat, 90's techno style remix of this track, bringing the original vibes to another level. The final track is 'Prinzen', epic proggy techno for music lovers. Bastian continues growing securely along this path, step by step, and he is becoming one of the best surprises of the last months.

Timing is everything… As the world seems to be spinning backwards, Bastian Bux sums up our shared sentiment of injustice with two diplomatic dancefloor demonstrations: ‘Protest’ and our Debut Transmission today ‘Riot’. The mysterious elrow resident’s MOOD debut, wherever you are in the world, these two Bastian Bux tracks couldn’t have landed at a more poignant time. And while their titles resonate with meaning, their rolling techno sounds sooth with physical healing.

Instantly smacking of his now legendary elrow sets where he weaves majestically between house and techno, both cuts are laden with a production warmth that will appeal to anyone on the house/tech axis. ‘Riot’ takes a more subversive tact with deeper low-end fluctuations as the subs wrap tightly around the kicks, big metallic percussive hits provide the melody and iced out pads ripple through the mix with euphoria.

Out of tranquillity and contemplation, Rampa is reaching out once again. To seek contact, to give and take energy, to offer an even mind-expanding touch. All in guise of two new tracks that, quite fittingly, make this “The Touch” EP and #35 within the Keinemusik release-catalogue.
The title track on A combines all the reflective qualities of the newer Rampa-sound to a mantra that soon will be chanted collectively across dancefloors all around the world. He thoroughly is aiming for the intensifying pull into deepness of a perfect loop. He’s letting go of anything redundant like all too distracting rhythmic elements and therefore opens space for an OM-like, bass-deep interplay of synth-notes and meditational sounds in the background.
“528 Hz” on the other side borrows its name from the concept of the Solfeggio Frequencies. Within the scale of supposedly healing sounds, this very figure is known to be the frequency of repair, representing the energy of love. And an ardent declaration of love this tune is indeed. Within the sound-vocabulary of recent Rampa-releases it might be the logical next chapter after “Trust”. A synth-space- odyssey, emphasized by e-drum-highlights, pulse-quickening tribal-frenzy and a supernova-like blast of energy culminating after the break.
