Legends of the scene Marmion return with remixes of ‚Schöneberg‘ - one of their most famous tracks originally released in 1994. The track has been reworked by many artists over the years, but this release pulls together two versions from equally iconic German rave royalty - 2raumwohnung and Der Dritte Raum. 

2raumwohnung, the Berliner electro-pop duo who formed in 2000, add their own distinctive swing to ‚Schöneberg‘ - adding layers of melody and deepening the groove of the track. Retaining the original’s verve, the remix builds and builds until total immersion in the groove is the only possibility.  

Andreas Krüger (aka Der Dritte Raum) has also been producing and releasing tracks since the early 90s, and his reinterpretation of Marmion’s hit is highly respectful. The track is a result of the years of honing skills behind the mixing desk - a beautifully constructed ode to one of the anthems of rave culture.

The Opening event of the Yoga Conference is always very special and clearly a class of celebration to welcome all the students, teachers and to kick of into the fantastic weekend. Therefor its generally quite uplifting and since it normally an approx. 60min class, moves pretty quickly into warriors and standing positions, leading up to a peak point at around 45min, before going back to the ground with more subtle, beatless sounds and finishing of with savasana. The music is designed to serve this structure. 

Special notice: This music in these opening ceremonies tends to build up quicker as the class is shorter but also the time on the floor at the end is a little longer then usual.

This class is designed with approx. 75min, including savasana. Leaving enough time for talks, breaks for demonstrations, silence for guided meditation etc. It can also used for a 60min class as its calms down at around 45min already, no more beats after 52min.
