This might be the most experimential song on my new album. It includes more electronic elements and also a beat in the second part.

Before I switched to the piano I played the bass for some years. I like exploring typical basslines with the piano - you might hear that in the beginning of the song.

I wrote this song in a small house in a community in northern Germany. Through the window I had a view over a lake and at night-time I had to heat the house with a wood-oven. So while I was composing the song I could hear the sparkling of fire and the willows in the wind...

Life may seem to lead along one road, however there are so many crossroads and points where the road deviates and takes us in a different direction. This song starts by identifiying that there is "One road out of Babylon". Later on the songs points out that there is "one more road" and possibly so many more.
