Gisli is a solo artist based in Iceland. After recording 2 albums for EMI UK he turned his hand to producing music for others as well as, writing, arranging and programming. To date Gisli has worked with artists including, Duffy, Roisin Murphy, Cathy Dennis, Mick Jones, Joe McElderry, as well as providing additional production on releases for artists like Jamie Cullum and Wiley.
Gisli's critcally acclaimed 1st album 'How About That?' was released by EMI while his 2nd album 'Build-ups & Break-downs' was never released but can be heard here on sound cloud. Gisli continues to write and record both as an artist and producer and releases everything through Lavaland Records.
