Understanding about the functions of the human genom is a major challenge that hasn’t been fully resolved to date. It is proven that all genetic information are coded in the human genom. To figure out the secrets of the genom in 1990 the international „Human Genome Project“ has been founded. This scientific association wants to decode the Human DNA. By understanding DNA, researchers hoped to find out new methods to cure diseases. The project comes to an end in 2004. But first since 2021 the human genom is considered as completely decoded. Independently of this, many interactions between genes cannot be fully understood to this day. Therefore it seems important to focus on the whole system and not just study the individual parts. The Genom EP is the first solo EP from Kapoor at KataHaifisch and the fourth one on KataHaifisch at all. The two Songs of the EP are defined through strong Basslines and touched by amazing sounding Synths. Coss has been a mainstay at Berlin’s Kater Blau club for some time now and just recently delivered an EP on the club’s in-house imprint Kiosk ID as well as an EP for his own metanoia. Italian rooted but Germany-based Luca Musto returns to the Magic Movement here following his 2018 ‘Parabel’ EP and has since gone on to release further material with Cologne’s Feines Tier and Laut & Luise in recent years. Here joining forces with the ‘Remind Me Tomorrow’ EP the two artist’s deliver more of their distinctive tripped-out, dropped tempo club sound.

I opened one of my poetry anthologies randomly and stumbled on this short, heartfelt verse by Anne Brontë. I kept the singing quite simplistic as it seemed more important to sing/read it accurately than with any stylistic flare, and Andy accompanied me, and did all the technical stuff. We hope you enjoy our rendition of it.

I spent two years making Punto Ártica album as a whole, and I mostly played my mom’s Spanish guitar in the spare time. This theme and chords got shape with time, without any plan, in some different variations I’ve tried to remember and craft here.

Even a 7/4 vocal section had come up. In the spirit of this new profile, I asked Codi (https://soundcloud.com/noisealter) to adapt my translation of a poem I wrote when my age was about 1/3 than now (see below), and he also sung it with the passion and delivery I was looking for !!
