Equipment
* 		1 tagliere
* 		1 padella capiente
Ingredienti
* 		2 cipolle rosse o 1 bella grande
* 		1 pomodoro grande o una manciata di pomodorini
* 		4 uova 
* 		q.b. olio extravergine d'oliva
* 		q.b. sale
* 		q.b. pepe
* 		q.b. basilico fresco o secco
Istruzioni
* 		Iniziamo la nostra preparazione tagliando la cipolla a fette.  
* 		Prendiamo una padella capiente e versiamoci un filo d'olio e la cipolla. 
* 		Facciamo appassire girando di tanto in tanto. 
* 		Mentre la cipolla cuoce, tagliamo il pomodoro a pezzi piuttosto piccoli.  
* 		Saliamo e pepiamo e lasciamo cuocere con il coperchio. 
* 		Proseguiamo la cottura fino a che la cipolla sarà totalmente appassita e il pomodoro intenerito. 
* 		A questo punto aggiungiamo le uova. 
* 		Rompiamo l'uovo e lasciamolo cadere intero sulle verdure che continuano a cuocere.   
* 		Proseguiamo per tutte le uova.  
* 		Tritiamo il basilico e aggiungiamolo sulle uova insieme al sale e al pepe.  
* 		Lasciamo cuocere con il coperchio per un paio di minuti.   
* 		spegnere e servire la nostra cena .
* 		Buona appetito.

It's because of Graffiti that he met Gianluca Obas that gave him a groovebox Boss Dr.202 introducing him into Tekno music. During last years He moved to Tuscany countryside and continued to experiment with sinthesizer and drum machine growing a good feeling with acid vibes from 90's that characterize his dj set and live set.
