Cesar Goa a.k.a. Astro Noise, originario de Tepic Nayarit Mex. 
Se inicia en la escena psychedelic en 2009, despues de explorar las variantes psicodelicas comienza aprender las bases para produccion musical y mezcla en 2012, aprendiendo a mezclar un sin fin de géneros, tomando un gusto por el genero dark psy & Hi Tech, ha tocando en algunas ciudades como, guadalajara, Pto, Vallarta, Compostela Nay., Ixtlán del Rio Nay.
Ha compartido escenario con artistas como: Skywalker, Sonica, Vensker, Dogma, Fumek, 
Actualmente se encuentra trabajando en su live project, el cual se espera este terminado antes de terminar 2020.

In 2004, he was shocked by psychedelic trance and started organizing activities and DJing in Japan with his friends in 2006. In 2007, he performed in Japan for the first time with "ORESTIS". Since then, he has performed with top domestic and international artists. After that, activities will be suspended for 10 years, but activities will resume again in 2022. In 2023 he will become a label DJ for triplag music.
I am currently exploring the essence of Psychedelic, with the goal of expressing my feelings of joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness through sound and trance, making use of my experience of trancing with sound!
