Kahina is quite a symbol. Adored by poets, historians and today feminists,
this woman whose legend has spanned the ages still represents today a part of the history of this warlike Morocco,
this Morocco of the Berber tribes where women had all their power. square.

She had a prophetic gift and was worshiped by her people.
She was one of the first feminists and warrior queens in history.
Westerners compare her to Joan of Arc and Ibn Khaldoun attributed supernatural powers to her .

the Kahena will organize the Berber resistance, achieve the difficult
unity of the Maghreb and inflict terrible defeats on the Arab riders.
She reigned over all Ifriqiya for 10 years.
Defeated in 693 by Hassan Ibn in N'uman in the last battle against the Umayyads,
she took refuge in the Amphitheater of El Jem. She is finally taken prisoner,
then beheaded at the place called Bir El Kahina, in 703.
The leaders of the Umayyad army send his head as a trophy to Caliph Abd al-Malik in Syria.

This is an exclusive mix by RAKASA, a dark psychedelic trance music project by Dean Baschnagel, originally from Israel, now based in Berlin. With roots in heavy metal, reggae, and dubstep, the turn to the psychedelic world happened when Dean was 18, after attending his first psychedelic rave in the forests of north Israel. The Rakasa project came to life around 2019 and is continuing to develop and grow with each passing day. The project focuses on dark atmospheric vibes combining with aggressive electric sounds, mixing forest with technology to create a dark psychedelic organic salad that is spiritual and energetic, straight from Dean’s studio in Berlin to your ears. The live set features fresh and unreleased darkpsy /forest music from Rakasa, including tracks from the upcoming EP - ‘Conjuring Inner Chaos’ (coming soon on Hekwapi Records) along with previously released music.

Egon’s Embrace is the brainchild of Mlađo Ivanović, a US based Serbian psychedelic trance producer from Parvati Records. Egon’s Embrace is an alter ego, an ongoing metamorphosis that allows exploring parts of the personality that are often impossible to explore in everyday life. Although Egon’s Embrace is drawn towards the darker psychedelic sound, there is still a bit of a dreamer present. About Awwen:
Charli starts to get in touch with the music back in 2007 when, based in Barcelona, he forms a crust punk band along with friends as the vocalist. It is actually in Barcelona where he starts to be regular at the psytrance parties. In 2009 he moves to Amsterdam where he learns to djay at the local parties. But it won’t be till the late 2011 when he starts to produce his own sound. In 2012 he decides to create a new psychedelic trance project. Awwen’s music is conceived for night time but as well for the transition between night and day. Psychedelic groovie noises with strong leads flowing from the gloomiest shadows and sounds from the deepest underground including evolving atmospheres and twisted and fast organic sounds.
Since 2014 with much more experience he compiled some big releases in the label GloOm Music; VA Light the fuse, V.A The Alchemy Reaction, VA Shamanic GloOm Visionaries, VA GloOm Tales, and now is finishing his Ep Organic Modulation that will be release first of september in GloOm Music, stay tuned!!!

The party series we launched back in January featuring forest and darkpsy subgenres of psychedelic trance, Jiriki Frequiencies is now arriving at its third edition. We are also moving downtown where we will host Praheya of Banyan Records who is known for organizing the Amanita parties in Innsbruck. The renovated bar room of Corvin Club will of course also give stage to the artists of Liquid Monkeys Tribe, and you can also experience the live set of Anchu, a newly formed Hungarian collaboration project.

Praheya has been playing mainly night-trance but also day-trance and chill out dj-sets at parties and festivals for some years under the former dj-name “Cosmic Tune”. In June 2011 finally the actual artist name Praheya manifested. His concept behind music production is to create a space of frequencies which are natural and in harmony with the cosmos and therefore with the origin of every human being. In this space of natural frequencies the dancer tunes himself to his own natural state by moving his body to these sounds.

OKAGE is a versus project by two producer, Cindervomit from the United States and Maleficium from Japan. Their very first album called ‘demons’ comes out @ irOri Music.

Above, standing upon archaic towers scattered across a desert of ash, winged demons stared into the souls of seven, curious wizards. Their endless grins and ancient eyes painted the horizon as the conjurers continued their chant, a legendary summoning of a powerful entity only known to mortals as “Okage”. The mystics swayed back and forth in unison, ripping apart the fragments of reality to invite an outer-dimensional being into their world. The earth shook as the dunes beneath their robes split open with a frightful glow, and time itself bowed down to the ominous presence laid before them. Like a violent thunderstorm, the lord laughed towards the red sky whilst stretching its arms into the dusty air, a gesture of thanks for ending its infinite slumber. The strange cult cheered and prayed before their god, preparing themselves for an incredible journey into the unknown… and you’re invited.
Okage is the psychedelic experimental project of USA’s very own CinderVOMIT and the beast from the far east, Maleficium. Together these artists create a labyrinth of atmosphere and sound design for the listener to try and find their way out of. My name is Erich C. I’m from Austria/Vienna and born in 1986. In the age of 5 i began to play the flute, the piano and guitar. Nowadays i’m not able to play any of these instruments anymore because i stopped playing them with the age of 10 and started with other hobbies. But i still have a good feeling for melodies and harmonics which i think is based on these years. I started Dj’ing the styles Minimal Techno and Tech-House when i was 17. In these times i played at alot of small partys and/or birthdays. It was also the time in which i made my first steps in music production. With Fruity-Loops and no clue what im doing i created my first tracks and collected the first experiences. My first contact with Psytrance in 2008 hooked me up to the scene and its people. The entrance to the music was made by artists like Laughing Buddha, Tristan, Logic Bomb & Hallucinogen. In the beginning i listened to psytrance all the time and the more i listened the more selective and darker my style got. So soon i discovered artists like Derango, Atriohm, Zik & Orestis. In 2012 i started again with music prodution. I spend all the money i saved for monitors, a daw, synthesizers and plugins. Since then i worked hard to create my own style. With this style i try to connect many subgenres of psytrance. In my tracks i try to tell a story and to take the listener to a journey with me. Always melodical, atmospheric, mysterious and deep. My style is still evolving and changing and i think it will always be. So, lets see to where this project will go and what depths will be explored.
