To celebrate 20 years of building Labyrinths, we have decided to release one set from each of the last ten years. I've chosen ten timeless moments that both document the history of the event and provide a historical snapshot of underground electronic music over the past ten years.

We have chosen a broad range--from closing techno sets, to morning ambient sets, to experimental sets to close the night. Each set represents a different side of the event. Taken together, they present a portrait of a decade of music.

It’s always good to have Nørbak onboard again with this brand new slice of plastic. Four cuts of precise and gymnastic techno aimed for the most advanced dancefloors energetic and intelligent at the same time, as we like.

A side starts with Tell me I’m wrong a fast paced hypnotic exercise with adrenalinic synth lines running over complex rhythms, properly arranged in a constantly changing structure.

Amongst them follow, textured flanged sounds running across the stereo field, shuffled beats and lots of space, the definition of how profound techno should be.

Flipping the vinyl, B1 is Pure and Faithful, funk infused sequences constantly altered in shape, complex grooves and as always a profound structure full of twists.

Last cut in this exercise is Unbearable Lightness, continuous and repetitive randomized synth lines spiced with lots of reverb over a well crafted drum workout, intense and spacious at the same time.

Another demonstration of studio skills and sound design from this young Portuguese producer.

Every Saturday afternoon beginning at 5pm CET we will be paving the path leading to O.Z.O.R.A. 2014 by introducing one of the performers from the brand-new lineups. The show will reflect the structure of our well-known ‘Conversation Series’, including not only a talk with the artists, but also a warmup mix for the summer experience ahead made exclusively for the radio. Ascetic Limited is proud to present the first EP from one of our co-founders and half of Motionen, @secus_official. Interlinked comprises four original tracks and one remix by our other co-founder and also half of Motionen, Altrd Being.
The EP begins with B26354 providing a hypnotic journey through repetitive yet morphing synthesis that will take the listener in to deepest realms of the mind. Interlinked pushes into a driving, yet trippy atmospheric space with detuned soundscape perfect to bring forth a more psychedelic mood to the dance floor. 
Dim lifeforms dives into deeper, dark atmospheric sounds into a more introspective mood. The fourth track takes you on a Mystical Journey through a cinematic space with uprising melodies. Lastly, Altrd Being's Version of the last track brings a darker ominous vibe to the Mystical Journey, that is suited to bring the dance floor to moments of light in the darkness.

Isomorphism is achieved when an operation can be performed on two objects of different origin and yield equivalent outcomes; different means to the same ends. Secus and Amnesiac Host illustrate this symbiosis on 'Isomorphic,' their collaborative debut release for Darkroom Bureau.

The pair joined forces with a mutual interest in hardware synths, working to illustrate the deep and atmospheric sides of their production techniques. The EP features an eponymous track they coproduced in November 2019, two new original mixes 'Disintegrate' and 'Midnight Run' by Secus, as well as a remix of 'Midnight Run' from Amnesiac Host.

For Secus, this release follows up the 'Interlinked' EP on Ascetic Limited, released in January 2020. Amnesiac Host follows a recent single 'ifconfig,' released on the V/A compilation of Operandi Records in March 2020.
