Guitarist/singer Paul Trigg (Stigg, Cassette, Letterbox Lambs) and drummer/singer Simon Braxton (Fur Patrol) have played music together on and off since the mid '90s. As of late 2020 they're joined by Derek Anderson (The Council, Ramblin' Gold) on bass, with Felix Potier (The ReChords) joining on guitar and vocals in 2023.

They purvey keenly observed, wry tales of suburban bliss &/or frustration in a musical style spanning 90s garage/indie rock to Americana. Think Guided by Voices vs Mermaid Avenue era Wilco & a side serve of Sebadoh/Dinosaur Jr.

Bonnie Strides bring you a veritable feast of folk, acoustic, blues, jazz, Latin American and bluegrass fusion… and yes, we’re just as confused as you are. 

Call it world music. Hell, call it whatever you like. Dance to it, sing to it – enjoy it.
