Ghost Choice

This is one of my most-requested live recordings in a while! For 4 days at Fusion, ~80,000 people grow a tail and run free in the German forest. It’s what happens when uncompromising art collides with anti-capitalistic freedom. I was invited to play on Saturday night from 2:30am-4:30am on Fusions biggest stage, Turmbühne. Soundtracked by heavy, intense psychedelia, this is a story of moving everybody from the darkest hour straight into sunrise. I wanted to push people’s limits, but I also wanted it to be fun. Thank you to those still standing and especially to the Fusion crew.

This fully collaborative effort channels the raw essence of techno, blending relentless rhythms, stripped-back minimalism, and unapologetic no-nonsense energy. It’s more than music, it’s a statement of unity, embodying SYXT’s core mission: breaking boundaries and championing a collective spirit. A sonic journey rooted in the genre’s foundations but pushing forward with fresh perspectives.

Based in Amsterdam, Vera Grace is a techno artist shaped by the city’s vibrant underground. Her sound leans towards the hypnotic and textured, layering rhythms that gradually pull the listener deeper. A growing interest in modular synthesis has opened up new ground in her production, with a fully live analogue set currently in development.

A graduate of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, she’s been steadily building her name with appearances at Tresor, RSO, Radion, FVTVR Paris, Elysia Basel, and festivals like Awakenings and DGTL.

This mix is dancefloor-focused, built on rolling grooves while staying deep enough to lose yourself in.
