São Paulo, Brazil's Mauricio Traglia joins us once again with a brand new four track EP titled Mr. Night. On the first two tracks we find Mauricio delving into his funkier side with Mr. Power, where he uses a quite familiar chant as the main vocal, a catchy bass line and swinging drums to tie it all together. Mr. Form keeps the funkiness moving into a more mysterious direction while incorporating subtle stabs and synths as well as high-pitched delayed vocal chops and chants. The next two tracks bring up the energy. 'How Low' and 'Walk em Down' both get this project sounding even groovier, using urban vocals to grab your attention and hypnotic grooves to keep it, making this project a great addition to your arsenal.
